Diederick earned his PhD in Systems and Control Engineering from TU Delft. He spent twelve years at Panta Holdings addressing complex financial challenges across portfolio companies, serving in roles ranging from Investment Director to CFO of Postillion Hotels and board member of a high-tech startup. He subsequently served as CFO at a power exchange in Amsterdam.

At Dutch Debt Advisors, Diederick leverages his experience as an investor and executive to help entrepreneurs shape and execute their financing strategies. He lives in Voorburg with his partner and two children.
